Customers in these regions can simply enter in your account information for one of these gateways in eCommerce->Payment Gateways and start collecting payments instantly!

Are you selling to a global audience? If so then you can now customize your checkout for each country that you sell to. To use this feature simply go to: Admin->More Customization Options->Online Shop Layouts. Select any checkout step and choose the country for which you want to customize it.
